Pursuant to Art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f GDPR, we inform you, that your personal data, communicated to us via our website / contact form or otherwise (handing over a business card, sending an e-mail, telephone contact), are collected, processed and stored for the purpose of correspondence with you and for the purpose, for which they were made available to us.
Personal data may be disclosed to employees or associates of CSM Zenit, as well as entities providing support to the training center on the basis of outsourced services and in accordance with the concluded entrustment agreements. We also inform you, that your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be profiled.
You have the right to access your data, the right to rectify them, deletion, processing restrictions, the right to transfer data or to object to
their processing. Person, to whom the data concern, has the right to lodge a complaint with PUODO, when it deems it, that the processing of her personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the above purposes. Your data will be processed until the purpose for which it was collected ceases to exist.

§ 1 Definitions
- Service - website operating at http://csm.zenit.edu.pl
- External service - partner website, Administrator's service providers or recipients
- Administrator - business CSM ZENIT, operating at the address: ul. Nadodrzańska 3, 70 – 034 Szczecin, about the assigned tax identification number (NIP): 852-17-45-698, with the assigned REGON number: 810532537, providing electronic services via the Website and storing and accessing information on the User's devices
- User - natural person, for which the Administrator provides services electronically via the Website.
- Device - electronic device with software, through, which the User gains access to the Website
- Cookies (cookies) - text data collected in the form of files placed on the User's Device
§ 2 Types of cookies
- Internal cookies - files uploaded and read from the User's Device shall be sent to the Website's IT system
- External cookies - files uploaded and read from the User's Device by ICT systems of external websites
